INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Illuminate Forward, LLC dba Illuminaughty. Our events are designed to provide an exclusive private membership club experience for those interested in various lifestyle choices, experimentations, and experiences.

To ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all, it is necessary to have, and abide by, certain rules and customs. These rules are designed to:

• Protect Guest safety

• Protect Guest Privacy

• Ensure the power of knowing and willful consent

• Abide by the law

With these goals in mind, we require everyone to review, acknowledge, sign, and abide by the following rules and conditions. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions, without distress, under your own free will. You also warrant that any guest you bring to an event will also be 21 years of age or older with the capacity to lawfully understand the club rules. You will be held responsible for the actions of your guests. If you violate any of these terms, rules, or conditions, you understand that your membership will be revoked and is non-refundable.

TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND CLUB RULES
By joining Illuminate Forward, LLC dba Illuminaughty (hereinafter the “Club”), Signee acknowledges and accepts the following Terms & Conditions and will adhere to the following Club Rules:

1. Nature of Events:

• Signee is aware and understands that Club events can be considered sexual in nature and offer various lifestyle choices and environments to see, learn, and explore these avenues. Signee understands that participation is not required, and entry into a club event does not guarantee any participation in such activities.

• All Club Membership Dues or Event Fees associated with these events are non-refundable except for cancellations that fall within the normal cancellation policy.

2. Etiquette and Conduct:

• Members shall conduct themselves according to commonly accepted etiquette and follow all Club rules.

Rules:

• Violating these rules will result in removal from the event and cancellation of membership without compensation.

• Consent is mandatory. Always ask permission to touch anyone or join a scene.

• Respect boundaries. No means no.

• Protection is provided in all play areas and use is expected unless explicitly discussed by all parties.

• Respect the privacy of other members. Do not discuss details or share stories about members or who you saw at an event. You are welcome to discuss details or share stories of your own experience without identifying anyone else.

• Photos are allowed during the arrival time window before the opening talk with consent of all parties in the photo. No crowd shots or people in the background.

• Illegal substances are not allowed.

• Money exchange for acts is not allowed.

Etiquette:

• Discuss fantasies and boundaries with your partner before an event. It’s also good practice to check in with each other throughout the event.

• Only consent to things when you feel like “hell yes I want that.” If you’re a “maybe,” it’s best to say “no.”

• “No” is a complete sentence.

• You are free to change your mind and we encourage it. If you say “no” to someone or something and then later change your mind and want to try it, find them and let them know.

• If you try something and decide you don’t like it, change your mind and stop. “I’d like to stop” and “I feel complete” are nice ways to communicate that you are finished with a scene.

• Everyone has different standards when it comes to safe sex and STD testing. We expect our members to be respectful and responsible about safe sex practices and communicate with their partners before play so that everyone is in consent.

3. Alcohol:

• Alcohol may be brought to events by members (BYOB). Mixers may be provided. The Club will monitor attendees’ consumption to ensure a safe environment. Please have a Designated Driver or alternative transportation.

4. Prostitution:

• Prostitution is prohibited. No offers of sexual activity in exchange for money, goods, or services are allowed on the premises, nor should the premises be used to consummate such business deals.

5. Negligent Behavior:

• Rowdy, drunken behavior, or any other activity that could tarnish the reputation of the Club or is considered unsafe, will not be tolerated. The Club reserves the right to ask anyone to leave and/or revoke membership of any person who becomes obnoxious or unruly. This also includes engaging in ‘pushy’ behavior. Signee agrees to pay for any costs, expenses, or damages they or their guests cause to any property of the Club or staff, event venue property, or other attendees’ and/or members’ property, due to any reckless or negligent behavior.

6. Safety and Illegal Activities:

• No illegal drugs or activities of any kind will be tolerated at our events. Anyone in possession of illegal drugs will be banned from the Club. No activities will be tolerated that are considered either unsafe or illegal. All security and management have final say and can end a scene at any time! All members are required to comply or risk revocation of Membership with dues non-refundable, if you choose non-compliance.

7. Conduct:

• It is expected that members, staff, guests, hosts, and attendees will conduct themselves accordingly. Everyone will respect the Club, its events, hosts, staff, and other members by maintaining good behavior, courtesy, personal hygiene, tidiness of areas, safety, decorum, and proper dress. Be considerate of play times and areas to allow other guests to enjoy them as well. Refusal to do so may result in entry refusal, sanction, or expulsion at the absolute discretion of the Club management or security.

8. Breach of Membership Conditions:

• Signee understands that the Club reserves the right to terminate their membership at any time without notice or prior warning. Breach of membership conditions is also cause for membership to be suspended or revoked immediately. Memberships and purchased tickets or Club items are non-refundable.

9. Refusal of Admittance:

• The Club reserves the right to refuse admission and membership to anyone without cause or explanation, as is the right of a legitimate private club. Members will be prepared to provide identification documents upon entry to events to verify Membership Club status, confirm identification, and confirm age, as tickets are not transferable and are non-refundable. Entrance will only be allowed if identification matches the event ticket.

10. Force Majeure Clause:

• Signee understands that an event may be subject to Force Majeure, where the Club is unable to host or provide an activity due to circumstances beyond its control. The Club will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, destruction, loss or cancellation of venue, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. In such an event, all sales to Club Members, vendors, entertainers, artists, musicians, tables, or booths, are final and non-refundable. If such an event should happen, the activity or event will be rescheduled to a reasonable future date and all ticket holders and members will be notified.

11. Accident and Injury:

• The Club does not accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss suffered while attending any of our Club events. By entering a Club event, Signee agrees that they are doing so of their own free will and at their own risk.

12. Accident Waiver:

• Signee hereby waives any and all claims that they may have and the Club shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, disease, or property loss or damage due to intentional acts, negligence, or breach of contract by Members and releases the Club and its owners, their heirs, employees, security personnel, contractors, volunteers, presenters, entertainment, invitees, agents, legal representatives, licensees, and the owner and/or manager of the facilities, homes, or venues and waives any and all claims they may hereafter have against the Club and its owners, their heirs, employees, security personnel, contractors, volunteers, presenters, entertainment, invitees, agents, legal representatives, licensees, and the owner and/or manager of the facilities, homes, or venues and release and forever discharge the Club and its owners, their heirs, employees, security personnel, contractors, volunteers, presenters, entertainment, invitees, agents, legal representatives, licensees, and the owner and/or manager of the facilities, homes, or venues from all claims, demands, damages, actions, or cause of actions arising or to arise by reason of the use of this property and Signee’s attendance at any Club event.

13. Lost or Stolen Personal Property:

• The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Members and guests are responsible for managing and securing their own belongings during events.

14. Criminal Acts:

• The Club is not liable for the criminal acts of other attendees or volunteers. Members and guests are encouraged to report any suspicious or criminal activities to the Club’s security or management immediately.

15. Medical Release:

• Signee agrees that if they are in need of medical attention during an event, the Club may provide or call for emergency medical care to be provided at Signee’s expense. Signee will be solely financially responsible for any and all costs incurred.

16. Personal Use Only:

• The private club membership is for the personal use of individual Members no matter what their occupation and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, organizations, government bodies, media organizations, or companies, including law, news, or media acting in a professional manner.

17. Past and Future Liability:

• Signee agrees that this waiver and release of liability applies to all past, present, and future events and activities organized by the Club. By signing this waiver, Signee acknowledges and agrees to release the Club from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to any events or activities organized by the Club.

18. Guest Liability:

• Signee agrees to be responsible for ensuring that their guests understand and abide by these rules and conditions. Signee assumes liability for the actions of their guests and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its owners, their heirs, employees, security personnel, contractors, volunteers, presenters, entertainment, invitees, agents, legal representatives, licensees, and the owner of the facilities, homes, or venues from any claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to the actions of their guests.
